Ingredients

  • Pantry Items:
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 bags chamomile tea
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • Black pepper
  • Salt (table, kosher, or sea salt are all fine options for any recipe)
  • Allspice (only very small amount needed)
  • Paprika (only very small amount needed)
  • Bay leaf (only very small amount needed)
  • Oregano
  • Canned goods:
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans black beans
  • 2 cups vegetable broth/stock
  • 1 (14.5) ounce can diced tomatoes
  • Fresh Produce:
  • 1 small bunch kale
  • 3 lemons
  • 1 lime
  • 3 apples of choice, organic preferred
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 watermelon
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • Vegetable choice- 1 carrot OR 1 cucumber OR 1 bell pepper OR 2 celery stalks (choose veggie of choice for snack)
  • 6 carrots (in addition to vegetable choice)
  • 2 (10-ounce) bags baby spinach
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 3 inches ginger root (approximately)
  • 1 banana (peel and put in the freezer when arrive home)
  • 1 small mango
  • 1/2 pint (1 cup) blueberries
  • 1 medium sweet potato (optional substitute 1 medium zucchini instead)
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 bunches parsley
  • 1 tomato
  • Poultry:
  • 1 (4-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast *If using in the garden salad.
