250 ml of fat homemade cream
2 tbsp. l. Cointreau
250 g Maria cookies
330 g berry Turkish delight
140 g of pistachio kernels
170 g oatmeal cookies
powdered sugar for decoration

Cooking method:

Cover the square form with a depth of 10 cm and a width of 20 cm with baking paper (so that its edges protrude beyond the edges of the form) and smear with butter. Melt chocolate in a water bath, add cream and mix until smooth. Add liqueur. Cook the cookies (both types) and Turkish Delight, add pistachios and chocolate-creamy mixture and mix. Pour into a mold and refrigerate for 6 hours. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
