Chocolate Roll Cakes

Chocolate cake-rolls- a recipe.

Ingredients:

for the test:

  1. egg 3 pieces;
  2. flour 2 tbsp. l.;
  3. cocoa 2 tbsp. l.;  
  4. baking powder 0.5 tsp.;
  5. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. l.

for the filling:

  1. cream cheese 200 gr;
  2. butter 100 gr;
  3. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. l.  
  4. optional:  
  5. powdered sugar with cinnamon 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking

Separating the proteins from the yolks and whisking them with powdered sugar. To the proteins we mix the yolks and dry ingredients sifted through a sieve. We put baking paper on a baking sheet, pour the dough into it, smooth it out with a thin layer. Bake at 2000C for 10 minutes.

Turn the cake to a damp towel, moisten the paper with water and remove it from the cake. We cut the cakes into 2 parts, roll both parts with a towel into a roll, cool it.

For the filling, mix the ingredients well. We spread the stuffing on the cakes, roll into rolls and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.Chilled rolls cut into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar with cinnamon.
