Cooking Lemon Pie

You will need
  • For the test:
  • - 300 g flour
  • - 15 g yeast
  • - 60 ml of milk
  • - 80 g sugar
  • - 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • - 2 eggs
  • For filling:
  • - 3 lemons
  • - 150 g sugar
  • For product lubrication:
  • - egg
  • For greasing the pan:
  • - butter
In order to make a lemon pie, we need to make yeast dough according to the basic recipe. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and set for 20-25 minutes. Then add eggs, salt, some sugar, yeast to the flour and knead the soft dough. Cover it with a towel and set in a warm place to come.
From the finished dough separates a small piece, designed for decoration. The remaining dough is divided into two parts and roll them into layers of medium thickness.
Lemons well wash and grind them with sugar.
We spread one layer in a greased form and distribute the filling over it. Then we cover the product with the second layer of dough and fix it at the edges.
Then we make a small hole in the middle of the cake so that the cake can be baked from the inside.
From the rest of the dough we make decorations in the form of Christmas trees, decorate them with a cake and cover them all with a beaten egg.
Put the finished cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
