- A container for melting the base - any iron bowl or ladle, and a saucepan to create a water bath, as well as a stick for mixing.
- Spirits alcohol.
- Fillers: cosmetic oil, fragrance, and dyes (in particular, dry pigment and two spoons (or mortar) for its grinding). In our case, blue and silver pigment will be used.
- A snowflake shape or pattern, as well as a sharp knife and a plate for cutting it .
