Donuts in the glaze- a recipe.
- 30 grams of melted butter;
- 3.5 glasses of warm milk;
- 50 grams of fresh yeast;
- 150 grams of sugar;
- 90 g vanilla powder;
- 1 tbsp. spoon of vanilla extract;
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 2 eggs;
- 625 grams of flour.
- 3-4 fresh raspberries
- 250 grams of powdered sugar;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of raspberry syrup;
- decorative dressing.
Preheat the oven to 190 C.
We mix butter and milk - heat it and add yeast - let it rise. Add sugar, vanilla extract, vanilla powder, cinnamon and salt to the yeast. Add flour and mix thoroughly until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Put the dough on a floured surface and knead well. Then put in a bowl, cover with a dry towel and leave for 2 hours in a warm place.
We lubricate the form for donuts with oil.
Roll out the dough into the layer of 1 cm. Cut the circles and put in molds. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes. Then bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
Take out of the molds and cool before coating the glaze.
For the glaze:wipe the berries through a sieve so that there is one juice, mix it with powdered sugar until smooth, add raspberry syrup and mix.
Dip the donuts in the glaze and spread on the grid, sprinkle half with decorative powder and let it harden a little.
