Preheat oven to 200 degrees. We rub cheese on an average grater. Cut the peppers, scrub the seeds, cut the flesh into small pieces. We pick parsley and chop finely. Mix cheese with pepper and parsley. Sprinkle the chips with the mixture, put in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve to the table.
