  1. onion 0.5 pcs;
  2. garlic 2 cloves;
  3. Butternut Pumpkin 300 gr;
  4. refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.;
  5. chicken broth 1.5 glasses;
  6. 300 grams of pasta;
  7. hard cheese 200 gr;
  8. milk 1 cup;
  9. nutmeg grated 2 pinches;
  10. salt to taste;
  11. ground black pepper to taste.


Fry finely chopped onion, garlic and pumpkin in butter over medium heat.

Stew until tender and slightly brown in color, stirring for about 6 minutes. Add broth or water and continue to simmer. We make mashed pumpkin and onion, you can use the masher for this.
