Spicy young cabbage salad with shrimp

Spicy young cabbage salad with shrimp- a step-by-step recipe. Instead of shrimp, you can put pieces of salmon, chicken breast or Adygei cheese in this salad, fried in exactly the same way. Or do not add anything at all and eat it just as an unusually useful and quite nourishing vegan dish.

Ingredients:

  1. 300 g large raw shrimp
  2. 1 medium head of young cabbage;
  3. 2 limes;
  4. 3 cm fresh ginger root;
  5. 4 cloves of garlic;
  6. 1 small bunch of cilantro vegetable oil.

Cooking

Peel the shrimp from the shells, leaving the tails if desired. Peel and finely chop the garlic, sprinkle the shrimp with it, drizzle with oil, salt and pepper and leave for 10 minutes.

Chop cabbage very finely. Cut the cilantro as small as possible. Peel the lime zest and squeeze the juice.

Peel and grate ginger, mix grated ginger with lime juice and then with cabbage.Salt the cabbage and shake hands. Add the cilantro and stir.

Heat a large skillet without oil, put the shrimp and fry on high heat, stirring until redness from all sides, 2-3 minutes.

Arrange the salad in plates, top with the shrimp, sprinkle with the zest of lime and serve immediately.
