Vanessa Salad Recipe

You will need
  • - 1 chicken breast;
  • - 2 large fresh tomatoes (if desired, can be replaced by cherry, in an amount of 8 pieces);
  • - 4 boiled chicken eggs (if desired, you can replace the quail, in an amount of 8 pieces);
  • - 8 gherkins;
  • - Iceberg lettuce leaves;
  • - mayonnaise for refueling;
  • - salt and black pepper to taste;
  • - 150 g grated soft cheese varieties.
Instruction
Boil the chicken breast, cool and cut into squares. Put the pieces in a large salad bowl.
Boil chicken eggs until cooked; cool and chop finely. Add to salad bowl.
Break iceberg lettuce leaves. Mix all the ingredients in salad bowls and fill with mayonnaise; salt to taste.
On a coarse grater, rub the cheese and sprinkle it on the already prepared salad. Pepper pepper to taste. Salad "Vanessa" does not require impregnation, so it can be immediately served on the table. Bon Appetit!

The salad should be carefully seasoned with mayonnaise so that the ingredients “do not float” (after all, a salted cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce leaves can give additional water).If you want to achieve a richer taste, do not cook the chicken breast, but fry it in olive oil with garlic (this cooking process will take a longer amount of time).
Helpful advice
To make the salad look more aesthetic, eggs can be cut in halves or used quail. And instead of ordinary tomatoes, use cherry tomatoes, which can also be cut in half. In order to not spoil the taste, try to add the leaves of lettuce in the last turn before dressing.
