Hot sandwiches.Even, rather, mouth-watering croutons, which will be a great addition to the morning cup of coffee or tea. For the base you will need a few pieces of dried rye or wheat bread, and you can choose any filling, here are two simple options:
- thinly sliced tomato + butter + cheese + greens (you just need to put the tomatoes and cheese on a buttered toast and bake in the oven);
- smoked sausage (balyk) + onion + cheese + egg + milk (beat egg with milk, dip slices of croutons briefly, then put the filling and bake).

- rye bread - 100 g;
- sour cream - 200 g;
- nuts - 50 g
Soak prunes in warm water, then cut into small pieces. Turn crackers into a crumb with a grater or blender. Nuts crush. Beat the sour cream thoroughly to make it thicker.
