But proteins and carbohydrates in one gram of the substance contain about 4 kilocalories, so the consumption of almost twice as many of them will provide the human body with the same calorie in comparison with the consumption of fat.

Thus, the most dangerous from the point of view of the formation of excess weight are foods high in fat: for example, these include fatty cheeses and sausages, confectionery, which often contain butter cream, and nuts, in which the fat content reaches half the net weight of the product .
From this point of view, eating foods rich in proteins and carbohydrates looks preferable. However, it should be borne in mind that carbohydrates have an unequal ability to be deposited in fat: the so-called complex carbohydrates, which are contained in cereals,legumes and vegetables are split in the digestive tract for a long time, during which people usually have time to spend the energy they contain.
